Thank you for shopping at Metagirl Studio LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders placed through metagirlstudio.com.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout through Shopify Shipping based on your location, order weight, and selected service, allowing you to review and confirm before completing the payment. We do not add handling fees — the rate shown at checkout is the exact rate we pay our carriers. Please note all delivery times are estimates.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States & Canada)
Carrier: UPS
Services offered at checkout may include: UPS Ground, UPS Standard, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select.
Delivery time depends on the service selected and your location, typically 1–7 business days after dispatch.
4. International Shipping
Carrier: DHL Express
Delivery time varies by destination, typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by your destination country. These must be paid by the recipient. Metagirl Studio LLC is not responsible for any customs-related charges or for parcels rejected at customs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping rate at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@metagirlstudio.com.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries served by UPS and DHL.
We do not ship to PO Boxes for UPS or DHL shipments.
8. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, carrier delays due to weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen events are outside our control.
